Social Sunday: Easter

Happy Easter to you all! What a joyous day.

<K> and I are so blessed to celebrate today with our precious little man. And the bunny even remembered to stop by before we headed out as a family to our first mass.

I'll post more about Easter later this week, so stay tuned. In the meantime I hope you enjoy the Sunday Social:

Sunday Social
1. Favorite type of work out to do?
I love to play outside. I played soccer my entire life and I still love to get on the field when the opportunity arises. That's probably one of my all-time favorite workouts; but to be honest I am entirely too out of shape to play like I used to.
In the last several years I've really started to get into yoga, most specifically yin yoga or hot power yoga. I've also done a hot yin yoga that was amazing and I highly recommend it. Plus it's one of the few workouts that you can really look cute and sweat at the same time (so vain, I know). Since I've moved and had a baby I haven't had a chance to get out there and find a new yoga studio so I've been running more. There's really nothing like fresh air in the Springtime, especially before it becomes unbearably hot and sticky. Honestly, for me it's all about changing up the workout so that I don't get bored and so that I get more holistic muscle conditioning.

 2. Favorite guilty pleasure candy or sweet?

Well I love ice cream. I can eat it at any time and I really have to be careful once I get started because I have no problem taking down a pint of ice cream in one sitting (ouch). My other favorite guilty pleasure is bitter dark chocolate, most specifically Valor chocolate. I discovered it when I studied abroad in Spain and now I really can't get enough, plus I hear it's moderately good for you. They're sold in some grocery stores and World Market if your interested in trying them (I highly recommend it).
 3. What is one thing you continuously forget to do?
Hummmm.... if I continuously forget to do it then I likely won't remember what it is for this post.

 4. Posts its or phone reminders? Why?

I'm a believer in all types of reminders. I love post its at the office but I don't like them all over the place. They need to be displayed in an organized fashion. I also love to have the security of phone reminders because who knows if I'll be at the office or if I'll be on the run and if it's so important that I need reminding then I can't take my chances that I'll forget in the office or otherwise.

 5. Favorite picture currently on your phone that always makes you smile
Wow, there are so many to choose from, especially now that <A>'s becoming more animated; displaying his little personality. Here's one of my handsome boy having sweet dreams.

And this one is from this morning after discovering all the goodies the Easter bunny brought.

What a cool little dude

Be Blessed,
