Laundry Room Redesign

The home projects are endless around here and while I don't have the time, money or energy to invest in another big DIY project right now, that doesn't mean I can't start planning what's next.

I can honestly say our laundry room was a huge selling point for me when we bought our house. It's a good sized mud room that connects our kitchen and garage. It has a nice size window on one wall and two of the other walls have doors. My mom suggested that we should reorganize our laundry room so I figured I should start doing some research.

Here are some things I'm considering.

  1. If I had a laundry room that looked like that, I wouldn't mind doing laundry :)

    1. I hope I start to enjoy it more when we finally redo our laundry room, until then the unmatched socks continue to stack up :)

  2. I agree with Kacie! If I had a room that looked that fabulous and was super functional, I'd be in there all day!

    1. Better yet, maybe my husband would start to enjoy it! I should look at converting the laundry room into a pseudo man cave and see how that would work :)

  3. Sure, why not? It looks rather sleek. I guess nothing else can be said about it. And the simpler the layout, the better. Besides, what matters in kitchens are not newer, sharper angles, so much as how the design accommodates the workflow.
