My Week's Resolutions

Our tropical vacation is quickly approaching and I've given up on the idea of dieting but I have resolved to make a couple changes before we head south of the equator.

This week it's my goal to eat breakfast and drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. I know it doesn't sound like much but I never eat breakfast and for the last couple of days I've sat down and eaten a bowl of Special K. I've felt less hungry later in the evening and I have more energy in the morning. And by adding water, I'll be subtracting the sweet drinks, like juice and pop (yep, I'm from North of the Mason-Dixon). I think the water will fill me up and will prevent me from eating such large dinners and desserts.

Do you eat breakfast every morning?
